Lots More Homes for Sale in Oceanside
In July of last year we were all pretty nervous about what would happen to the price of homes in Oceanside. Then as the year started to wind down more homeowners thought they would sell, or try to sell their Oceanside homes, and the number of homes in inventory (for sale) grew. But as the winter closed in, the first of year 2011 brought a long drop in the number of homes for sale in Oceanside. Not surprisingly then, the number of homes for sale in Oceanside has grown steadily over the past six months. Looks like the housing market is stretching its legs.
