<p>This week we see that while home prices continue an upward climb, the number of homes for sale, and the time those homes are on the market before they are sold, continue to climb.  There are now 622 homes for sale, and the time on market has risen to 93 days.  Remember that different areas of Oceanside are selling at different rates. <p>Right now it looks as if the number of homes on the market in the Vista CA area have remained steady, but the number of days it is taking to sell those homes has increased.  That looks to me to be an indication of a rather weak market, especially at a time of year when other markets in North County San Diego are improving.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: center">How Many Days Will It Take To Sell My Vista CA Home?</h2>
