Yes, this is a great home, and a very nice value indeed. The “enclave”this home is in is pretty “exclusive”, but overall homes with oceanfront exposures in this area are moving very nicely. If you have a comparable home on the water, and you’d like to send me info on it, I’ll see if anyone I reach here may have an interest.
